Job description

As part of our development, we are looking for a SAAS Commercial Digital Marketing Real Estate Tools – based in the northern region (Lille)

In a context of strong development, AC3 Groupe places customer satisfaction at the heart of its priorities.

Your tasks:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you advise real estate agencies in their choice of business tools (websites, digital marketing, real estate valuation software, Immo-Facile real estate transaction software in particular), and in their strategy of visibility and notoriety on the Internet.

You will offer our clients, real estate professionals, the following products:

• business software;
• digital marketing tools.

Your missions will be the following:

• regularly visit your prospect and customer portfolio;
• actively develop your portfolio and your turnover;
• manage a portfolio of customers and prospects;
• create a relationship of trust over time, you appreciate building loyalty in your portfolio;
• be constantly listening to your customers;
• anticipate and analyze their needs;
• ensure physical meetings in order to create a real partnership;
• propose adapted solutions in order to bring them total satisfaction.

Required profile

• You are a graduate of a Bac +2/Bac +4 with a commercial specialization;
• You justify a first experience as a commercial (e);
• You know the real estate business or the Web/software publisher sector (if possible);
• You have a real salesman's temperament and know, more than anything, how to match the needs of your interlocutors and the relevance of your solutions;
• You have a taste for challenge and are customer satisfaction oriented;
