Description of the offer
By integrating the software assistance service, you are in charge of the assistance and training of ERP users.
Duties:
To do this, your missions will be as follows, classified by priority tasks:
- Animation of training sessions in the use of the ERP mainly with customers (everywhere in France), then also remotely in web training and in our training room.
- Analysis and formalization of training needs.
- Detailed design of the training systems to be implemented.
- Production of training content.
- Configure the application and support the implementation of new versions.
- Write and distribute user procedures.
- Assist users on a daily basis via phone call or email.
- Provide functional assistance in commercial management, purchasing, logistics and accounting.
- Diagnose incidents and qualify them.
- Coordinate and forward development requests to the relevant team.

Required profile
Training BAC + 2, you justify a first experience as a trainer in a software publisher.
You are creative and have an interest in designing training content, communication media and have already led training sessions or provided user support.
You have a proven sense of customer service and initiative, and a strong ability to work in a team.
Interpersonal skills, listening skills, rigor and analytical skills will be your assets for success.
The trips of a few days a week to customers must please you!
