You will be in charge of:
- Follow the projects of creation and redesign of the websites of our customers (respect of the specifications, schedules, process and our quality charters),
- Manage the websites of our customers under contract, developments as well as access to the back office and their integration,
- Animate and monitor customer relations, customer support, in particular on the organization of technical migrations and on resource planning,
- Provide level 2 or even 3 support on maintenance requests from our customers,
- Assign development resources on incoming tickets and some new projects.
